If the photo watermark or date is incorrect, enter the "Watermark/Date" option in the camera settings, readjust the correct information, and save it. If the watermark position is misaligned, restore the default settings and reconfigure. If the issue persists after setup, check if the firmware needs an update—upgrading usually resolves such display problems.
Ensure you use the original charger and data cable; non-original accessories may result in low charging efficiency. Check if there is any foreign matter in the charging port, clean it, and then reconnect to the power source. If the battery fails to fully charge after a long time, it may be due to battery aging. It is recommended to replace it with an original battery or contact after-sales to inspect the charging module.
