FAQ
First, check if the battery is installed correctly and has sufficient power. If the battery is dead, charge it with the original charger for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. If it still doesn’t turn on, press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to force a restart. If the issue persists, there may be a hardware fault; please contact customer service.
Remove the SD card, check for damage or dirt, gently wipe it clean, and reinsert it. Ensure the memory card meets the specifications: Class 10 or higher, with a maximum capacity of 128GB. New cards must be formatted in the camera settings before first use — note that formatting will erase all data, so back up files before proceeding.
This may occur because the SD card is full; free up space or replace it with a larger-capacity card. Low battery can also cause recording to stop — ensure the battery level is above 20% during shooting and recharge promptly when low. Overheating may also trigger a stop, so avoid prolonged recording in high-temperature environments.
Check if the camera is in manual exposure mode; switching to auto mode will provide balanced lighting. Enable HDR in strong light to reduce overexposure. In low light, use the built-in flash or adjust the ISO setting appropriately (avoid excessively high ISO to prevent image noise).
