FAQ
First, check if the battery is installed correctly and has sufficient power. If the battery is low, charge it with the original charger for more than 30 minutes and try again. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a restart. If it still doesn't work, there may be a fault with the battery or the camera body; it is recommended to contact after-sales service.
This may be because the SD card is full; clear up space or replace it with a larger-capacity card. It could also be due to overheating protection: pause use to let the camera cool down, and avoid prolonged shooting in high-temperature environments.
Check if the SD card is properly inserted and if write protection is enabled; disable write protection and try again. If the card is damaged, replace it with a Class 10 or higher SD card that meets specifications, and format it using the camera before use.
